Them not showing the books to a 5% owner could be the start of the case, lack of financials and shareholder communication would be key evidence. Oust the directors SF, not sue for money!! We traded our own money away dude!!!
Need to find out from WY business law what a person/shareholder would need to do to call a meeting, should be possible since no director would exist. Vote Werbe in control, I would coddle us all with kitten gloves
