PCT Said the same thing about William E. Prince? Informed the Registrant of his intent to resign as a member of the board of directors and as president. In fact in all my years of investing I have never seen anything but that standardized text! Makes one wonder why a BOD position & President with long-term service would do such a thing on the exact same day as Marion??

Especially since On May 5, 2021, the Registrant entered into an employment agreement with Marion Sofield to act as its Secretary/Treasurer and Corporate Communications Officer? That is a radical short term change don't you think IN ONLY 2 MONTHS??
