naaaa Tom Whitehead was a terrible bus mgr. no idea what he was doing. Maybe he did it on purpose. I would think a business mgr could troubleshoot. In this case, he had no clue how to deal with businesses needing help dialing in the system. Now they have Daryl and Stuart that set the systems up. when someone sucks at their job they get the boot.
