Understandable.
Technically speaking, without delving into securities laws that would’ve been breached if he in fact was extorting cash for personal benefit, which I believe is what you’re looking for in the redacted email, at the end It would’ve made no difference as the crushing results would’ve been exactly the same. He would’ve callously buried his shareholders.
