800,000,000 common and warrants. As of two weeks ago CYDY was within 20,000,000 of the 800,000,000 Authorized. No one can argue that this is not a fact.

The 600,000,000 plus that brokers claim is outstanding is technically correct but very misleading. Young investors will claim 600 million plus. Old dogs will give the true number.

800,000,000 X 1.6$ = 1.28 billion total cap.

Moving that authorized to 1 billion shares and keeping the same toatal cap moves CYDY common share price to no less than 1.28$ This would be true without any forward movement towards an Approval.

Young Companies do not stay in a corner. CYDY is dynamic.
