While I agree it is a hard sell ... considering they were in correspondence with each other that the conversion notice was received ... the debt note was issued in 2015 not 1985 ... you think they would update the SPA ... but c'mon ... who does not know when you send a document and want proof of receipt ... there are plenty of ways to send it that anyone in any type of business is aware how to do it. Fairly easy to send many ways with a signature required.
