Crystalized HOCL sounds more like a big headache for a number of reasons
One being, before they developed the Annhilyzer to auto adjust, the source water was a big problem. Water from one hospital, like the filthy sludge in NYC would require tweaking to produce the correct PH and PPM.
Each location created new calculations. Just ask the geniuses at PCT about a pilot at a chicken slaughterhouse... total disaster for this reason
Crystalized HOCL needs to be reconstituted with water.
Prepare for a long test cycle in dealing with this potential deal-killing problem
Then again, maybe its not a problem... maybe some day the crew at PCT will let shareholders in on it
