Why? Because I do not want to provide any false assumptions to a public forum, if I can help it. If I do say something that is not based with an actual fact, I would hope I would remember to say "in my opinion" "I speculate" etc.
I have read both cases, so fortunately for me, no one on here will pull the wool over my eyes as to what is "Fact" and what is not. If something does get said on here that I am not sure of, I will most definitely go back and review the case to see if this information is correct that was stated. If it is not, then there is a good chance I will post from the case affidavit, transcript's etc... that states what really was said, so not to confuse, manipulate or scare the less interested investor that does not have the time to research mundane things like this. I am always interested in "facts"
So your statement as far as I can tell IS strictly an opinion that you are trying to represent as fact. Please correct me if I am wrong.
