The stated NASDAQ up listing it’s just a side show for this reverse split. They want to raise 30+ million dollars for the merger.. so if we hundred to one reverse split we’re going to have around 6 million shares and they want to add 25 million on top of that. Needs to be done to pay cash for the merger.. can you imagine the dilution screaming going on when they increased share account five or 600%. When the dust settles we will have a monster generating company..
