Yea- the SEC filing. See, what Nader says and what Nader does are diametrically opposed. He exercised warrants for penny’s which technically went to the treasury then proceeded to see for $15m just prior to releasing a bad PR

Also, in the last EG video, the notable Nader Pourhassen was dumb enough to say he has more than enough money in his accounts should he be fired!

The money he’s accumulated taking bonus shares, stealing them and grifting! That’s his game… it’s all documented.

His comp last year was $10+ million. Do you think a no-revenue, multiple felon and trial failure like Nader deserves that kind of money? All at the expense of shareholders.

I got a better one for you- the last time 100 million shares was authorized, Nader in a “scheme of unmitigated greed” took 25 million for him, Kelly and a couple friends. Then the 13d group folks stepped in, sued Nader and he lost! Look up the magistrates quotes. To make it worse, Cytodyn footed the legal bills in excess of $1m and then he lost the illegal termination case against Pestell and lost another $7.5m in damages plus legal fees, all paid for by retail shareholders!

But hey, let’s not look backward only forward! Nader for Nobel Peace Prize
