What is true is nodder exercised some of his warrants. Any warrant holder can pay/has to pay to exercise warrants. That gave the company cash. To say that was used to pay samsung is nodder fodder. It can also be said it was used to pay the utility bill or 1 of the PR firms.

Try asking questions like--If Dr Ray is such an expert at getting the BLA submitted--why wasn't he put in charge from day 1?? Long before nodder claimed he was in charge of BLA--long before Mahoob was the new sherriff--long before Dr Recknor ??
