Where I disagree.

West Warwick did approve the project, per board meeting. The planning board stated they felt that they satisfied all legal requirements of giving public input (East Greenwich) at the first board meeting where representatives of East Greenwich were present and offered no opposition.

Now while West Warwick approved the project, in order for the project to move forward West Warwick deferred that to RI~DEM.

RI-DEM denial on pathogens. Since the conditions of handling the waste had not changed since the letter of “intent to approve’, I can not see where that would hold up in a court of law as a reason to deny.
