Well CYDY has two attempts on the board to get an influx of cash. First is further the dilution via 200 million new shares that has not been authorized. Second, the suit against Amarex for 80.

Results won't be ready anytime soon based the rate of enrollment and CYDY's own admission that mid to late 2022 is when the results will be published.

October 1st was when everyone thought that the promised HIV BLA would be submitted.

End of October many are expecting announcements of financial difficulty.
