I looked more into Evergreen Capital, and noticed they had a warrant purchase agreement with a company on March 8th 2021. After this filing was released, for 10 days straight the stock shot up from about .14 to an intraday high of .57. Just thought this was interesting. Wishful thinking says this happens with Surna.
