I read the parts of the SPA included in the Adar complaint. And I read the CATV Answer to the Complaint.

I will have to go to Pacer to read the SPA - I don't know how much time I want to waste. I am far more interested in the ongoing investigation of CATV/Feldenkrais. And the FBI doesn't name those that are the target of the investigation - some always post such nonsense as provide a link etc (not talking about you)

But I am surprised that a few shareholders believe it is OK to enter into a contract (loan agreement) then Breach the contract and not repay the loan. Some seem to think there is virtue in defaulting on a loan - that was agreed upon by both parties.
