Yes , you are right , but at 42 days of 75% of patients , 100% were enrolled and analyzed at 28 days ..

DSMC saw , if they looked , that more treatment was needed , how at 21 and 28 days efficacy suddenly dropped , when almost no drug was left in the system , and they thought what will happen with 2 doses at 42 days ..

Was that a joke from DSMC ? because I have no explanation to this ridiculous request..
