They are challenging the RESULT of the conservatorship, which is better than nothing I guess. My thoughts, as I've stated before, were to challenge the legality of the C-ship itself from the date of inception. It is now known that the GSE's were NOT insolvent (and far from it) and were made to look so by accounting fraud that has now been settled. Had the C-Ship not been allowed to proceed is what needs to be challenged. If you want to "expose" people and actions, you gotta start at the beginning.
