Is this part of Feldenkrais' brilliance?

Adar's suit goes to trial and he's ordered to give Adar the shares.

Why?

Precedent.

He gave them to Marquis!

Why isn't Feldenkrais taking Marquis to Court for the exact reasons he used on Adar.

Something must be stopping him.

Perhaps it's the 60%?

Perhaps Feldenkrais doesn't want to do anything that angers Sorvai?

Perhaps Svorai talks and Feldenkrais loses the shell, law license and freedom?

Why do 99% of day traders lose money?
