Yes. There was a same name reserved in Nevada. But FINRA wouldn’t count that as an actual name change. They will expect it to be changed where they are incorporated - not on OTC.
Plus it does not definitively say it was changed on OTC.

Maybe George will wait to see what questions the SEC asks about his Form 10 before committing to a name change. This stock has has enough name changes only to be reversed.
