I agree. They aren't giving anything away; the government has almost everything it wanted.

1. A fledgling bureaucracy that will grow forever with self funding and social programs abound. Nothing like a self funded bureaucrat nursury!We know the growth will have slowed when FHFA gets it's very own swat team.
2. The lion's share of the revenue. I believe there are some in DC who like this but the ones who really get it realize DC is awash in funds even in these debt ceiling times. They can make the interest and payroll payments, they can't continue their primary purpose of forcing the taxpayer to fund the conquest of eliminating freedom.
3. They get to pay their Attorney buddies (and plaintiff council buddies also) to defend all the lawsuits, again in perpetuity. I wouldn't be surprised if one or two of these goes to SCOTUS 2 or 3 times. Wash rinse repeat...Judges getting promoted and or retiring help randomize the process.
