you can use BNB also, but for you that would involve several extra steps.

and you can use cointracker witha web browser, to link all wallet/accounts. you mention you're spread out and have trouble monitoring each exchange. cointracker solved that for me.

if FEG token is in your coinbase wallet CT should see it.
