Sorry to hear Berkowitz bailed out. His mistake in the long run. We should start moving up over $1 in the coming week. Great entry point under $1. F&F are doing great as ever. If congress abolishes the 30 year mortgage then I would make the Berkowitz move. Big banks are in trouble these days and they need Fannie and Freddie more than ever because they can't and don't want to take the mortgage guarantee business. Buying and holding Fannie and Freddie shares at these bargain basement prices is a very smart and very profitable thing to do.

Wake up and smell the coffee people. Fannie and Freddie are here to stay and own this housing sector.
