The short interest rate is 100 percent. They can’t hold the short position forever because they lose 8 percent a month just on interest payments. At some point they’ll be a cascade effect because as the price inches higher then they also lose unrealized P&L. They’ve been inching it down as they pay interest to keep total cost of ownership versus profit flat. It’s going to be more difficult to do that soon.
