I don't think selling things that are scarce is a bad business to be in, and selling labor into a labor shortage seems to fit. Numbers should obviously be better next quarter given the higher guidance range and their recent tendency to beat guidance.

Consultant count has also gone from 2962 to 3165 since last quarter. I haven't done a deep dive at this point, but it was interesting on earnings and a good enough idea to snag a few on today's drop.
