That doesn't mean any where close to Feldenkrais making a deal with Marquis in order to "dump" shares at his benefit.

Svorai, Nahon and Zoyes all know each other. All "worked" together.

There is substantial and stronger evidence of these individuals working and or knowing what was going on with CATV even before Feldenkrais showed up.

Why would Feldenkrais agree to put shares into escrow with Nahon? I have never heard of a pump and dump scheme going this route. It makes zero sense.

Why didn't they just decide to dump the shares over the past year? You don't write up a contract and submit it to the transfer agent to run a "pump and dump" scheme.

The shares were put into escrow in January of this year. The FBI sting was still going on, so there was no way of Feldenkrais knowing about it (unless he was made aware from the FBI).

So, again, this makes zero sense.

The CEO is in on it. He gets 60%.

I have to admit, this should be your trademark from now on. LOL
