I could be wrong. But approximately a year ago the company announced a "private" purchase of 3.2M in shares to a group of investors. Those shares couldn't be sold unless they were registered with the SEC.

I'm guessing that this is the registration of those shares. Guess someone wants out. Not so sure how the warrants work into all this though. They apparently purchased for over $11 / share. They got hosed :)

I guess my $20 per share book value calc falls to $13.5. Still a bargain at under $6. But I may cancel some standing orders and see if these guys drive price down.
