Yes, it was ETrade.. They declined initially but I resubmitted everything and kept on top of them.. I had to call several times and just did not accept a written declination.. I would call them and ask why they declined. Feel free to tell them you know for a fact they completed a transfer for another shareholder. In my case it was because they said they were missing documents I had already sent a couple of times.
