You’re missing the facts that Otting and Mnuchin were going
going to do something when Otting spoke

Then Sweeney court said mafia type loan comment and then

In my opinion

Mnuchin aborted the Moelis grab he was going to do because of court concerns and shut up Otting who was then replaced

Only reason government will move to help will be with more money coming their way like a Moelis type additional theft or they absolutely have to via housing crisis or court ruling

We are stuck until something happens

I’m not so sure the branch Scotus gave us will be the holy grail
