I was told this same nonsense right before I banked on the 2 big POPs we got the past year and a half. If I listened to that BS my car would not be paid off right now. I would not have been able to remodel my home like I did. We were getting real bad advice like this right before both big POPs. The good thing is no one can sell right now so those words can't hurt anyone this time.
