Small...I have the utmost confidence that MF and CATV are not involved in anything illegal.

Have you even considered for just one moment that the third transaction that happened while Michael was there was part of the sting to finally trap Sovrai?

It's easy to just look at this for what it appears to be and if it was true I'd whole heartedly agree with you that MF screwed up.

But he hasn't..It's business as usual.

There currently is no FBI investigation involving either the company or the man running it...period...just a lot of conjecture.

The paperwork filed with the OTC group by MF's lawyers while sufficient to have the CE removed it's quite clear the CE didn't come off because of the ongoing situation with Sovrai and the FBI.

The CE is there as a warning to alert potential investors and those already invested that they should be aware there was illegal activity surrounding the CATV ticker.


That's it.

MF is not involved in any way shape or form...I stand by this 100% and will be proven correct in the not too distant future when the CE is removed and the company is free to reveal everything that is going on.

This should be considered a "quiet period" as releasing any kind of news under this grey cloud would be a waste of time....IMO
