Here is one potential danger. The controlling shareholders if they want to can pass a resolution for ASTI to buy out all of the shares of the rest of us - at a bargain price. Later, if and when the ASTI becomes very successful financially the controlling shareholders can make a Public Offering for listing ASTI on the NSADAQ (or some other exchange) and make a fortune. Think about it.
