Another reason I am selective of which you tubers I watch.

The video October 4 2021, 04-10-2021, is very much lacking.
Did not take that much into account.

$2 billion is nothing. I'd be shocked if Chuck settled for that measly amount. That is a kick in the nuts courtesy Google.

$8-$12 billion is lame, but I'd take it. $40-$60/share just from Google.
Personally, looking for more and that would be inclusive of if this went to jury trial as treble damages.

Google needs a kick in the nuts. A persuader sort of, "don't even think of doing this again".

Samsung, Micron, and Inphi each have their own individual settlements.

Was collusion between the companies to take down NetList down involved? I dunno....

Over a decade of willful and knowing abuse by Google... definitely.

Samsung also trying to purposely short NetList of product NetList needed for their product production, then trying hide infringement discovery from NetList..... definitely.

All of this and more......... $2 billion is dumb.

I would not pay to subscribe to that guy, even if he turns out right.
