I think they did they right thing. They had to clear the debt and I am willing to bet the note holders were not going for a lump sum for the shares. They saw potential to make more money.

It does suck…..but it was in the financials. We were just caught off guard with the great run up to 5 cents and then the dilution from the note holders. Once this is over….I’m expecting something from Krisa on what just happened…..unless they try and just sweep it under the rug and move on with the great news of the company who bought the ticker.
