JW here’s my take on the S-1. I posted a couple of weeks ago that progressive’s lawyers and investment banker were providing comments and suggestions to Rxmd. By now Rxmd should have those comments in hand to to address and/or include in the S-1. Once this is done the S-1 will be filed with the SEC. I don’t think that they will PR this so as I said before keep your eyes on EDGAR for the filing. I believe that if Rxmd doesn’t file by November 15th they will have to refill everything with updated financials. I suspect they don’t want to do that. Hopefully we are very close.
