If dated from April 2021, many things concerning Google, and other players involved in this infringement have changed since then. Another thing he fails to mention is that although this is a patent infringement case, this is a SEMINAL patent infringement case. Game changer in the aspect of Google's rise to prominence.

$2 billion settlement is way way way too low IMO. This doesn't account for willful and knowingly abusing the use of this SEMINAL patent.....
which would not even account for treble damages. A stupid estimate, even for April 2021.

Still like Dinogreeves estimate of ~$5 per every $billion settlement.
