the only time dark pool was mentioned was when gensler was responding to pfof. rep wagner said pfof gave investors the best price. gensler responded that the measuring stick only measured lit markets, not dark pool trading. unless i missed it somewhere else, that was all i heard about dark pools. he was going to give them a response about shorting in the first quarter of 2022.
