Does anyone know WHY Econnect has thrown together a shareholders meeting so fast? Is it required for them to issue more shares? And why have a re-election of Econnect officers at this time? anyone know? I am not hinting at anything. I honestly dont know. But if we knew the reason maybe we would all have a better idea of what is going on. This meeting was arranged fast and it has a purpose. Find out that purpose and maybe we can figure out what is going on with the company. I had mentioned to the fact that someone on another board posted that to be listed on the AMEX of NASDAQ board members had to be elected and there had to be annual shareholder meetings. This is just a fantasy of mind but it does make the point that there is some reason why econnect wants this done now.
