You keep missing the point. By early June the over all population is skewed higher by including the over 65 group, which had the highest level of vaccination because they were the priority. The University population, faulty, staff, and especially grad students and undergrads were made eligible later so had had less time to get vaccinated. You need to age match if you want to make comparisons.
