My philosophy is buy good companies cheap with disruptive technology, good management, decent share structure, intense investors who share DD, communicate with the management or representatives and be PATIENT! Example &AGSO took 11 months bought $.035 today closed $.48. $XFLS still developing bought $.005 closed today $.0486. Going double silver soon! $PQEFF bought $.05 now $.124 tender offer for $.59 in progress.
