Those are both scams, pump and dumps, of course, and neither are in bankruptcy court with documents showing they own nothing, do nothing, no employees, no operations, no location.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
