Like the Chancery court did this past spring?

Please explain to me....how these 2 points are opinion and not fact...

They both happened or are happening just as described.



Fact 1..DGF kicked Ziv to the curb months ago...so how can they sue him now as a representative of the company?....He has nothing to do with the company....

Fact 2....DGF still can't decide what they are..a harmed creditor that they claim to be today...or the entity that was in control of the company and got rid of Ziv...

DGF got rid of Turner and Ritterband.

DGF claimed to be in control of the company.

Now they claim not to be and are suing the company.

The company has no officers and no one running it...

That was DGF's doing...

So all these lawsuits are frivolous and bs...and that is my OPINION.

This all goes nowhere just like this past spring with the Chancery court and DGF's lame deceptive effort at that time.
