Where did you get your information from. Dominion sold to improve their credit profile. They had to get rid of debt but it had nothing to do with the value of the fuel cell there were several interested buyers and we won the bid because it was going to be much more affordable for us to maintain the property hence making better margins. If you'd like to share information presenting it as fact then it should be fact!
