Share count can be dealt with. The fact they have never been able to do even 1 million in revenues or not lose millions. Combined with no big TV deal. that is why no one even looking to buy this small company. They have apple TV deal for years. It has done little. Need network TV and pay per view. Live gate at event not enough as the years have shown.
