The nice thing about this company is you get what you see. No toxic convertibles and the share count is maxed so no dilution available. So unless they find something hidden this merger should go fairly quick. They might be checking with their accountants to see if they can use the Tax loss Cary forward. That is all I can see that would be an issue. Everything else is out in the open.
