History hasn't been kind to Sharp - look at FORW where he has been the CEO for over 2 years. Many shareholders were caught chasing and holding and are now underwater.

In those 2 years Sharp still hasn't generated any revenue with FORW.

Sharp also filed a Reg A+ on 06/12/2020 and the still hasn't Commented on it - he filed it for pumping posts only.

Sharp didn't save his 3 hijacked tickers from going to the Expert Market.
