Who switched gears during the pandemic to fluid production and created a the biggest revenue quarter in company history.

Who developed the distributor network. Who also revamped it to get rid of free riders and those not capable of using their distributorship to run their business.

Who cleared the warrants and associated derivatives

Who brought Terasol to the company who inturn brought protectX to the AG and Healthcare field.

Who created DOGT and is in the process of creating patents for that company.

Who brought Dr. Holcomb and Doug Humphreys together to form DOGT.


Wait PCTL has gone through major dilution over the last 18 months. If they had all the cash they needed they would of IPO'd on a big board exchange so don't give me that crap. Dilution is common with pennies. Oh right company is in business since 2018 and have not turned a profit. lol, do some DD and you'll find 60% or more big board tickets don't make a yearly profit. Live how some are holding a penny stock above even big boards. But it gets better. The CEO created a mess. This has been discussed many times. Yes The CEO said things that have not come to fruition hence called a liar. Come on total bullshit. Yes he said some things that did not come to fruition but that doesn't make him a liar. It makes him a CEO who thought he could bring those numbers to the table.
