It isn't that this stock and company is a scam-no, IMO. It is that it is being run by incompetents at the top. The staff people seem fine, solid equipment being made, proper testing for prospective customers being done. Vision and proper execution of an effective business plan is nowhere to be found in the core product line, who knows what in oil/gas has in store for us.
Uncertainty abounds, and the price shows it. Dilution will be what it is until someone takes over that has money, or knows how to get some.
