Grey (or Expert) to Pink

This restricted list is complete rubbish.

I just tried to put in an order for SGIC through Etrade. SGIC is grey.

Here's the message you get:

Opening transactions in Pink No Information, Grey Market and Expert Market securities are not permitted due to the inherent risk associated with these products.

Oh my goodness that pisses me off. They are admitting it's not due to a new rule/law.

They are protecting me from me!

SGIC is SEC reporting but trades on the Grey Market.

Current price is $1.40 per share.

O/S of 10MM.
