Grey (or Expert) to Pink

i've been migrating to crypto and big board options to escape the OTC's note holder enrichment scam.

but the expert market (rather than grey market) suggests accredited investors may have the ability to soak up dirt cheap stock before retail gets a jump on it, so perhaps all is not lost for those holding these no-info tickers.

in other words, why create an expert market at all, if stocks can't move up and out of it?
