None on my part. That's why I was bringing up the point. As long as all involved know you're on the drug, my guess is some of the placebo effect remains...but you have to take in account the expected cognitive drop off after a year could counteract some of the placebo effect. Variables we can not control for. That's why larger controlled trials are needed and that's what we've got here. Also why its no slam dunk to be successful. Heck of a trend. Something we do not see often, but you don't know until the results come in.
